Louis and Stacey . They have now helped us find a great home again for the second time even with the pandemic in our way . My wife and my 3 girls are very thankful to them on finding and helping us get in to our new home easy and with no hassle. Louis is a pure professional. He always had answers to my questions right away, or shortly after I would ask. He understands the market and his calmness and savvy made the hard decisions easy. When I first met Louis, he explained that his job was to provide service over sales. Louis showed me over and over with his extensive knowledge of home construction and current local market trends. Every time that I viewed a property Louis would perform inspections, look for signs of problems and comment on the quality of construction and finish etc. Louis also went through several rounds of negotiations to get a price that I was comfortable with. I’ve had three real estate experiences so far with Louis in eight years in Vancouver and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. He’s a pro through and through. He sold my three bedroom condo same day it was listed at full asking price ($1,550,000). He got my girlfriend moved in to the building she wanted, but a far better place than she was originally looking at. I highly recommend Louis for your next transaction if you’re buying or selling.
