When purchasing long distance you have to place a lot of trust in other people, Louise did not disappoint. She was very responsive, answered my questions, when a small glitch came up a closing, she was on it and had it resolved quickly. Even after closing she made me aware of an issue (of my own making) and had it taken care of before I could. The people that she recommended were professional and got the job done. I would definitely work with her in the future and recommend to others.

It was an all-around pleasure working with Louise to sell my house. She had an extremely quick turnaround for staging (which looked amazing), photos/videos, and held multiple open houses. Louise was very well versed with the market in my area and provided accurate suggestions and detailed “whys” on the list price. She kept me updated on all activity from open houses, showings, and online traffic. Louise answered in an extremely timely fashion (close to always immediately!) all of my texts, emails, and phone calls. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Louise.
