We recently chose Engel & Volkers when selling our father's house. As it is a modest home, I initially felt some trepidation given the company's reputation as representing more exclusive properties. Louis-Philippe Pidgeon put me immediately at ease at our first meeting. He was meticulous, detailed, welcoming and down-to-earth. He could not have put more effort in had it been a luxury property. We also got a significantly higher closing price than an estimate from another agent. I have no hesitation in recommending him and this company highly.
