<p>In general we are happy working with Logan to have our property sold in a timely manner.</p> <p>If he can expand his knowledge on the development permits, city zoning and by-laws requirements that will definitely help to understand of and speed up the RPR/compliance certification process. Also, if he can provide more frequent updates (i.e. conditions removal, buyer responses, RPR status, closing process, etc.), it would help to relieve some of my anxiety and stress during this process.</p>

Logan was great to deal with and had extensive knowledge in all of the neighborhoods I was looking at to purchase a home. He’s easy to deal with, works hard and is very easy to get ahold of. He’s very honest about his opinion on properties and neighborhoods and will lead you in the right direction for whatever type of home you’re looking at. Logan did a great job for us. Even though our house was in a low price range and in a sketchy neighbourhood, he put a lot of time and effort in representing it well. Our buyer did not have an agent and Logan guided him through the "real world" of Edmonton real estate and continued to represent us as the priority. Give this young man your business.
