We highly recommend Logan to sell homes. He is knowledgeable about current market conditions in the neighborhood and is familiar with the area. Even for his first meeting with us he was well prepared with numbers and statistics so he could give us a realistic appraisal for houses in the area. Logan was recommended to us by our Lawyers dealing with our parents estate. We considered that to be a very positive endorsement. As this was an estate sale, there was a large amount of furniture to liquidate so Logan was very helpful by suggesting a very good local used furniture dealer who was willing to pay very fair prices for mid century Danish teak furniture. We are very satisfied with Logan's work with selling our family home.

Logan helped me purchase my first home in West Edmonton and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a realtor. Logan is extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable, which is likely how most people would describe a great realtor but he is also down to earth and trustworthy. Going through this process for the first time, I was unsure of how to handle some situations like multiple offers and some unexpected inspection findings but Logan provided exceptional guidance at each step. I was also really impressed with Logan's attention to detail as he was able to identify subtle but meaningful features of the houses we looked at.

My husband and I where looking to sell last minute, as a work offer across Canada had landed in his lap. Logan was brought to my attention by an agent that wasn't able to help us at the time. At last minute Logan came to my home and was able to start the selling process. He is professional in his work, very responsive ( 3 hr difference between us) and had gone over and above to get our place sold. From running a ozone generator to meeting with the gentleman I left to care for the property, since my husband and I are no longer in the province, to make sure what was asked of us by the buyers had been done. We will recommend Logan to anyone that's looking to sell their home.

Listing went up quickly and the pictures looked great. This was overall a good experience and the house sold at a good price that I felt comfortable with. Happy with my service.
