When listing our home I had interviewed multiple real estate agents and choosing Logan to sell our home was the right decision. We have dealt with many realtors and Logan went beyond what is expected of an average realtor. He helped set up and prepare the home for MLS pictures, he was hands on, he set up not one but multiple open houses to expose the home to potential buyers. When we had a meeting with reliance furnace repair and were unable to make the appointment Logan volunteered his time to meet the tech. Logan responded to texts quickly and when asked questions his answers were more than honest. I would have no hesitation to use Logan again. I give him five out of five stars.

I met Logan through a listing he had. I did not purchase that property but I did decide to have him represent me on another purchase. Logan is a young man that surely lacks the years of experience that other agents have but DO NOT LET THAT DISCOURAGE YOU! Logan’s was amazing! He went to bat for me on many items that needed to be addressed and they were. I live a long way from the purchase location and Logan was more than willing to go check things out on my behalf. He provided me with texts, videos and phone calls to keep me up to date and saved me a ton of time. I think it’s important to note that this was a very low value deal ($140k) but that did not impact the service I got from Logan. I would expect exceptional service on a million dollar house with high commissions going to the realtor but the deal size did not matter to Logan, his service was amazing. I have dealt with MANY Realtors from the “big agencies” in the past and I would not recommend ANY of them. Logan was refreshing and so easy to deal with. If you are looking for a hard -working Realtor to represent you either buying or selling, then I believe Logan is the man for you.
