Logan is someone who came heavily recommended to us. He was very positive and excited to work with us to find our home. He was also patient and answered all of our questions in detail. He was honest and listened to all of our concerns. Logan bent over backwards for us time and again, and was very accommodating to us as we had to drive in from out of town. When looking at houses he was always on time and communicated with us the entire time. He could point out flaws in houses with the keen eye of a seasoned professional. When we found the house we liked he said he could even write up the contract in his car, if we wanted to act fast. He was very respectful to both my husband and I. He had many different tactics for negotiating and was good at explaining our options. If we were to sell our home and look for another house to buy Logan would be the first we would contact. I could not recommend someone better.
