We were very lucky to have been recommended to Liviu. During the process of finding a house to buy, Liviu ensured that we had access to plenty of information (that was constantly updated) such as lists of houses matching the standards we wanted and if we ever had any questions, Liviu would answer promptly and in plenty of detail. It should be noted that, with Liviu's help, we were able to buy a house at a price that we were not expecting. We were willing to offer more for that house, but Liviu managed to buy it at the listed price. I totally recommend Liviu to anyone who is looking for a hard-working and trustworthy realtor. Looking for a house was a very tiring and challenging journey for us but. Liviu made that journey go smooth because he will explain every step of the way the pros and cons of all properties from the perspective of our own standards. He also recommended us a qualified home inspector that helped us understand the main systems of the house (furnace, water main, electrical panel etc) as well as the normal lifecycles of key items such as the roof and air conditioner. That helped us tremendously to understand how to budget for repairs in the future. When it came to conclude our research and proceed with engaging into negotiations for the house we wanted to purchase, Liviu has shown a high rate of professionalism in his discussions with the seller agent. He went above an beyond his role to ensure that this transaction went successful for us under the terms we previously set. He guided us on what legal requirements are for a buyer and he was there for us with answers. He also made sure all important documents were easy accessible by us and that an e-signature option was available to complete our paperwork. Liviu's unique advantage that distinguished his business from other real estate agents was he customized the selection of houses based on the exact "needs and wants" we referred to in our long conversations.
