Lisa helped us purchase our most recent rental property. She has a good understanding of the real estate market in Kingston. She has had or still has both regular rental properties and student rental properties. She has a good eye for details that could be major issues in a house and also great suggestions on modifications that could be made to a house to improve the layout and flow.
