As stressful as house hunting has been for me , I honestly feel so fortunate to have had Lisa as the agent representing the property I bought . She went above and beyond to accommodate me during the entire process with not just her extensive knowledge but also her heartfelt understanding, guiding me with caring and respect . Due to medical circumstances we had to put our family home of over 47 years on the market. Lisa came to my mothers home and treated my mother like her own mother! Lisa is a very pro-active, detail oriented agent who understood the nuances of both markets we dealt with as we searched for and bought a new home in one location and sold our old home in a different market. During the time of our association, markets fluctuated significantly from bids at 20% over asking to buyers disappearing after the several mortgage rate hikes. Additionally, she provided us with many contacts to address outstanding issues, like lawyers and various contractors who were actually available to do work in both locations, helping with issues that were well outside of the usual realtor responsibility. My wife and I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking Realtor services.
