Lisa was wonderful to work with. She was able to sell our property at top dollar and in a timely manner. She was always in contact with us with updates and was available at all times to answer any questions we had. She negotiated our deal without us having to compromise or make any unwanted concessions with the buyers. I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Lisa was very diligent in everything that she did. Lisa stayed on top of the seller consistently to get things done that needed to be done prior to closing. She answered all of my questions and always took my calls, if she couldn't she called me as soon as she was available, which was very timely. I had requested to see the house more than once, I think it was 3-4 times prior to making an offer and she went out of her way to make this happen. Lisa knows the area very well and knew what area in Smiths Falls was best suited for my needs. I appreciated her advice, openness, honesty and her directness in purchasing my home. I had been burned by a real estate agent in the past, dealing with Lisa is and was a total 360 from my first experience! I would definitely attain her services if I were to sell or purchase again.
