Our experience with Lisa has exceeded our expectations, she is truly exceptional! We were looking for an investment property in Guelph as we have a son studying at U of G. We decided to use a local realtor. Reached out to 3 agents, the first two had a website where you can inquire and book an appointment but never replied. Gladly, Lisa promptly replied to my inquiry, just one email sent on a Thursday, got an immediate reply, sent us listings that matched what we needed. We scheduled a showing on a Sunday afternoon, out of the 5 houses we visited, one house stood out. Lisa worked the whole night to prepare an offer for the property that we wanted, signed all the papers Sunday night, and the offer was accepted the following day. Wow, that's what I call exceptional service! With Lisa's vast knowledge of Guelph and the current market, we know that we made the right decision. We have been planning to get a second property and Lisa's expertise made it come to reality. This has been the best experience we had so far. We will surely use Lisa again for our real estate needs in the future and highly recommends to anyone who wants to make their dreams a reality!
