We recently purchased a home in Victoria with the help of Lisa. We moved from the Sunshine Coast and needed to sell our home before making an offer. The market cooled off significantly on the Sunshine Coast and so the sale took longer than expected. All the while Lisa gave us fantastic advice and helped us through the process. She remained engaged every step of the way despite the fact it was a longer process than normal. Once we found the place we were interested in Lisa did significant research such as zoning and development application processes, even connecting us with the municipality to ensure we could make the changes we wanted, to make the house our own, prior to making an offer. We elected for a very quick close and Lisa was available day and night to facilitate the negotiations. Lisa was a recommendation for a colleague and we will certainly be recommending Lisa to anyone looking for an agent. Thank you so much for your help!
