Dave went over and above to help us find the perfect home. Also with selling our last home he was amazing and navigated everything for us seamlessly. From lawyer assistance to bringing papers and forms to sign to our work or wherever was needed when we were unable to meet up with my husband working out of town! Dave's great. Alberta real estate is a gong show, Dave took care of it for me. Original offer above asking fell through, NOT Dave's fault.
