Working with Linden was a great experience. She was extremely resourceful and helpful in explaining things to us in terms we could understand. Linden is also very approachable and friendly and makes you feel at ease when asking questions. She was always quick to respond to emails or text messages. I would most definitely recommend Linden to my friends and family. It was a pleasure to work with her and hope to do so again in the future.

I would highly recommend Linden. She is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and will get the deal done. She cares about helping you make the best decision for you. She has plenty of contacts to help get you set up with anyone else you may need along the way - be it mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, etc. - which is incredibly helpful during a fast paced and sometimes stressful process. I had a fantastic experience buying my first home through Linden 5 years ago, so when it was time to sell and upgrade this time around, she was my first call. She was incredibly helpful in walking me through everything and answering any questions I had along the way. She opened my eyes to some neighbourhoods I might not have thought of, and I’m so glad that she did. I’m very happy with how everything worked out. I know when the time comes to move in the future, she’ll be my first call again.

During this unprecedented time of Covid the market was extremely difficult to gauge, but Linden was able to price our unit in a realistic way, based on her study of current trends as well as her personal feel for the market. We were happy with her initial estimate, and ultimately she was able to negotiate our full price. Linden is open and collaborative, and I feel the experience went very smoothly.
