Lily is a professional agent who helps us to locate our targeted condo. She has a good communication and interpersonal skills to make us have a comfortable feelings with her. We are satisfied with her efficient and effective performance, we thought these are in terms of her well organized working ability. In our views, she cares about how and what is the clients’ needs, that is much more essential part of being an realtor agent’s identity. Certainly, we would like to refer her to my friends and relatives if they look for the property in future.

<p><br /> I found my Realtor, Lily Chou, to be very professional, efficient and hardworking. In a buyer's market, my house was difficult to sell. It was an older home that needed to be renovated to meet the tastes of the younger buyers who were looking to buy in my community. Lily was very supportive and assured me that the "right person" would come along and it happened. She was very good at negotiating a better price than that offered by the buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends looking for a Realtor.</p>

My condo had been on the market for some time. After going through several realtors, I found Lily Chow. From our first meeting Lily makes you feel like you are her only client and selling my condo was her number one priority. Lily always answered every call or email I had during the selling process. She would always do her best to obtain feedback on showings, (agents who show and do not provide feedback, you should) and relay comments back to me. Together we were able to Evaluate comments and make necesssry changes if applicable. Lily with her years of experience and her personality has built up a network of contacts which she utilizes to ensure the seller has the advantage to get a Sale. For example when doing open houses she teamed up with another agent which resulted in more traffic as clients had the option of seeing 2 units in the same building. In 2019 the condo market was still a tough sell. Only after trying to sell first did Lily suggest staging. As mentioned above using he various contacts Lily was able to find a stager who was to transform my unit basically utilizing furniture in place and adding a few accessories to give it a brand new look at a reasonable cost. This in contrast to other agents suggesting staging which which would cost thousands of dollars ( replacing all furniture putting my furniture in storage etc.). As luck would have it, the day Lily has a social function at her home is the day offers come in on my condo. Lily not only was able to continue entertaining her guests but stick handled multiple offers and was able to get the Sale completed on the same day. While most agents may postpone the transaction to the next day Lily saw the opportunity for a sale and ensured the opportunity was not lost. Just one example of her going above and beyond for her client. In conclusion if you are looking for a real estate agent, that knows the market, is professional, is available when needed, utilizes all her available resources; realtor contacts, stagers (in most cost efficient way), then Lily Chow is the agent for you. You will have no regrets.

Lily is trustworthy and patient, two of the hardest qualities to find in a realtor. She was also able to not bombard us with tons of homes from an auto search tool, instead, based on our needs and wants, she was able to recommend us the perfect home. Lily has also been in the industry for a very long time, so her experience and expertise were very valuable to us in the home buying process.

Lily Chow listed and sold our home in less than a month in a down market. Really glad to have found her! She was excellent to work with.
