Lily gave great advice on where we should price our home when going into the market. The house sold after one viewing and we got the full asking price! While we did not need to negotiate during this transaction, I've used Lily's services in the past and she is very helpful during negotiations. Lily is always quick to return calls and was on time whenever we had to meet. Wilson took some great pictures of our house so it looked fantastic for marketing.
