Lily was absolutely wonderful to work with. Throughout the home buying process, she was patient, attentive and on top of every detail. During negotiation Lily made sure my best interests were represented and helped me secure a fair deal. Over all my experience working with Lily to purchase a home was a great one.

My journey to purchasing this condo was initially daunting to me. I reside in the Edmonton area, and having to navigate the process to search for a home in Calgary was a bit overwhelming. I didn't know which Realtor to use, I didn't know where the best place for me to live should be, what amenities I should be considering..I definitely spiralled a bit, even considered putting things off till next year to do more homework. Then I heard about Lily Chow, and decided to reach out to her. That first conversation was amazing. I felt cared for, appreciated, and validated for all my concerns. Lily walked me through the process, worked long hours, and was by my side the entire journey. She advocated for me, demonstrated strong negotiating skills, and was extremely professional. My entire experience with Lily was smooth, with no stress, and I learned a lot from her. I can't express enough about the extra time Lily spent with me, I felt I was her only client. Lily truly went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. We still stay in touch even weeks after the sale closed. My experience with Lily was more like working with a bestie. Lily Chow went out of her way and duty to help me in the sale of my house. Many things that needed attention emerged and she completely released me of any stress in the process.
