She is a very good negotiator and has been able to overcome apparent impasses on deals in the past. She is an excellent communicator during negotiations and is not afraid to call with an update during times when their is a lull in activity. We are a busy company and not having to chase our realtor for information is valued. We find Lidia to be trustworthy and have no concerns about sharing confidential information with her.
