<p>After 16 years of living in Richmond Hill, we decided it was time to make the move. Not being sure of the trends, markets or directions we interviewed appropriate realtors. It was somewhat nerve-wracking and discerning to say the least given the technology and the maze of decisions needed to relocate, sell, buy, and other items we had not thought of. We met with Leon Klaiman and Fred Kleiman for an interview session. From the first evening we met with them - they presented themselves exemplary from not just personal but also arrived with complete history of the area, trending insight and advisement that was content specific to our GTA markets. They truly were best of class for us and we decided upon their leaving that night that they were the ones to put our trust in.<br /> Given the financial investments, timing, many key benefits that we would require, we felt that all that was needed was the trust. Their respect for our situation - and the customized focus on just us - resulted in quite simply the most incredible and shortest journey of our life. After selling twice - I can tell you that the word "effortless" is an absolute understatement. Their marketing strategy was of the highest quality, their attention to detail was beyond expectations and left us with a feeling of true unbridled loyalty. Within two days of meeting them and after giving them our mandatory requirements for our new home, we had six listings to look at that were scheduled to our convenience at lightening speed. After 4 other site visits that they pre-inspected based on our expectations within 6 days of our meeting them, we had our dream home.<br /> Their innate ability to gain understanding of your needs as well as getting to know who you are is a gift that not many have. The selling process was timed, and well thought out from the online drone video noting the strengths and triggers for buyers to their polished presence at the carefully scheduled open house. Within their predictions of real value - our home was met with 8 offers, and sold well over our listing but more importantly was handled with the professionalism, and collaboration that few can honestly have. Their attention to detail has resulted in unbeknownst to my wife and I - renegotiating our closing of our new home to ensure that we had contractors scheduled to inspect the property that would allow us to move in after the closing with a minimal bridge. All done in the background proactively because they really do care about their clients.<br /> You want to know you are in good hands - they are the ones to go with. They are beyond their years in their real-time thinking and it resulted in us being totally blown away and so excited to relocate to our new dream home. These two men are not just agents they are absolute friends - don't hesitate to call them, you will not be disappointed. We are proud to have them now as friends.</p>

Incredible agent, outstanding service. He went above and beyond. Very responsive and professional and at the same time he treated us like family. Always accommodating and extremely helpful. Leon went above expectations when selling our house for us, and proved his experience in the market. My husband and I separated before selling, and Leon made sure to provide timely and professional communication to the both of us, whenever we needed it, and made sure to answer all of our questions, putting us at ease.
