Leanne was great. We put a down-payment on a new build and then contacted Leanne to help us out. She stepped in and took over all of the minor and major details for us. She kept us informed of the building progress, she was with us for all decisions to be made with respect to interior and exterior finishings, she provided us with contacts in the community (vet, notary, gym, parks, etc.), and she arrived on move-in day with not only our new keys but snacks and bottled water to help get us through that very busy day (sometimes it really is the small things that make a huge impact). We would not hesitate to recommend Leanne.

I can't say enough about Leanne! This woman is an amazing asset to anyone on thier search for a new home. Leanne knows her stuff, when viewing homes, she is well versed in things to look for and she notices things you wouldn't normally think of. Leanne is both thorough and accommodating with her clients and will do everything in her power to get the deal done, once you find "the one". She truly cares and checks in on you after your move..

From the moment we connected, her genuineness and careful nature, without the feeling of being pushy, was something we noticed from Leanne. She was very meticulous throughout and her admin / follow-ups we're excellent, she didn't miss a beat. Her photographer took amazing photos which helped in the process.
