Leanne went over and above our expectations. On arrival at our hotel (we were out of town buyers) we found a thoughtful welcome gift along with a room upgrade! She prepared a personalized booklet for us which included every property we were to view along with details of the neighbourhood and facilities available. On the day of the tour she arranged she had snacks and water available in her car. Leanne had prepared the itinerary with precision even ensuring we had lunch at the local restaurant. We were treated like honoured guests. Our journey took over a year from our first visit in 2024. Leanne remained in touch and was a true source of encouragement as we tried to sell our home on the coast in what proved to be a very tough market. We visited Kelowna two more times before our house sold and each time Leanne worked hard for us, even securing a viewing on a home that was no longer listed. That particular home was not to be, but not before Leanne had put in lots of time and effort on our behalf to try and secure it for us. Once our home was sold Leanne sprang into action and secured a beautiful Air B & B for us to stay at. Once again she lined up a number of homes for us to view. Leanne listened well, secured us second viewings and allowed us time and space to think things through when it came to making an offer. Leanne is an expert on buying and selling property in Gallaghers Village and so it was no surprise to us that she was able to guide us with our offer. We were able to get a beautiful home at a great price in the neighbourhood where we have dreamed of living! Leanne continues to keep in touch as we go through the period of waiting for completion. If we have any questions she is quick to find the answers. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Leanne, we would strongly recommend her if you are buying or selling your home.
