We appreciated the fact that we could always contact a member of the team at any time which was beneficial when stressful moments arose. We would not hesitate to recommend Layne and EXP to others.

This Realtor helped us find and purchase a property, and then helped us sell a property. He has good listening and communication skills and responds to what is important to us. Information was provided in a timely manner. The results for both the purchase and sale were very positive.

Layne was very knowledgeable on building structure/systems and gave advice good advice on costs and issues involved should we decide to renovate. While living in Toronto during much of our home search, Layne was very helpful and responsive in answering many detailed questions about any online property we were interested in. He was always professional, friendly and helpful prior, during and after the purchase.

Layne was great to work with. He was accommodating with our schedule and very knowledgeable about the properties and neighbourhoods. Communication was outstanding.

Trevor was very instrumental in helping me with selling my father’s condo. It sold in about a week, and he kept in communication with me many times after sale to ensure things were going smoothly for me during this somewhat stressful time of moving my dad Into a care home and cleaning out his condo. The Britton Real Estate Team have many connections in Victoria and they were able to sort me out with a great team of independent contractors and house cleaners so that I could get the condo in move in condition for the next owner. Trevor We found you to be ambitious, confident, honest and a very hard worker despite what time it was in the day. You took a sale that would have been difficult for any realtor and made it as easy and pain free as possible. We were quite surprised and impressed that you even offered to come work on the house to complete the last of the last of the renovations that were on hold due to my injuries. You always kept a positive and inspiring attitude even when there where a few hiccups with the buyers but in the end the right people go the house. I would give you a higher start rating if this app allowed it but since it doesn’t I will end this with this If anyone is looking for a realtor who’s willing to go above and beyond to get your house sold, Trevor Friesen is the guy for the job. But make sure he doesn’t work past 10pm unless it’s absolutely necessary. Thanks Joshua and Merika
