Lawrence is an amazing agent that helped me and my sister to find an amazing rental condo in downtown Toronto. He listened to our wants and needs, and guided us well. We had a long process with a lot of back and forths but he was always patient and supportive. This was my second time getting his help with housing and I am sure I will need his skills and knowledge when I am moving next time as well.

Lawrence has been great to work with- very professional and prompt with communication. He is also knowledgeable with a lot of things, which made the process easier- will definitely use him again for any future real estate needs!

Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure that we were confident about our choices. He took the time to educate us on what each step is going to look like, things to watch out for, red flags, and just generally teaching us to better protect ourselves as potential tenants. He was always quick to respond to any question that we had, and never dismissed our concerns no matter how simple they seemed to be.

Lawrence was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. There was never a moment where we felt that we were lacking in support from him. Even though we know he was dealing with multiple clients, we never felt that he would push a certain property just to get a sale. We always felt that he had our best interests in mind. Buying a property could have been a stressful and demoralizing experience, but working with him made it so much easier.
