<p>I researched and contacted three potential realtors when I started looking at moving to Vancouver Island from the mainland. After having a conversation with Laura, I picked her. Originally this was due to her high ratings, but it was also due to her work on the council, her presence on the phone, her obvious knowledge of the market and the fact that she didnt bat an eye when I asked her to drive me around to see listings when I flew into Victoria on a day trip! In the end, she helped us find our Victoria home and was great leading us through the process of putting in an offer. There was even one point we did the paperwork in her office with our 18 month old running around with a full diaper and crying inconsolably. Laura professionally handled it all without us ever feeling it was an inconvenience having the little one through out the process. I also really appreciated how she was always on hand to answer my questions and the speed of her replies. She was able to make clear the steps and stages of buying a home and was ALWAYS available when I had any concerns. You would do well working with her when searching for a new home. <p>I'm quite sure that Laura is the only reason I sold my condo for such a good price. She knew the market, what kind of buyer would be suitable, and how to sell the property at an open house. Beyond the professional side of her, because she is so easy to talk to I really enjoyed working with her! She is completely professional and doesn't carry around a typical "realtor ego". She's good at her job, helps her clients, and has their best interest at the forefront. I recommend Laura to friends and they all thank me for sending her their way!</p>

<p>A big thank you to Laura and Laney for helping us sell our home in Victoria. They did a fantastic job and kept us up to date with all of the negotiations. We had a major problem the day of the listing, but Laura was on it very quickly and had it sorted by the end of the day. Throughout this very stressful process she was very professional, she is a good communicator and keeps expectations real. Both Laura and Laney went above and beyond for us to make sure the house was safe while we were away with Realtors and prospective buyers going in and out each day. We would highly recommend Laura.</p>

Laura is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. She put my needs above all else, and made sure I was fully informed of all my options. She is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking to sell or purchase a home.

Laura was amazing to work with! I researched this site prior to picking a realtor, one read of the reviews she was given and I was sold, she did not disappoint. I really appreciated the cleaners and the boxes prior to the listing going up, it made a huge dent in my "to do" list. Most importantly Laura was amazing to work with, she was strategic in her approach and I truly believe if not for her I would have accepted a lower offer. She had the confidence to tell me to have patience and she was correct. I truly cannot think of a single negative in my dealings with her. I would most definitely recommend Laura!
