It was so awesome to have Laura and her team on our side for the sale of our home.. When we interviewed prospective real estate agents, her professionalism and knowledge of fast changing market conditions and appropriate strategies for dealing with such challenges were obvious. As it turns out she got us a significantly higher price and sold sooner then other agent(s) we’re suggesting. The team she brought on for staging and video/photos were top notch and it showed . She communicated frequently with us and her turnaround was very quick on questions we had for her, from initial contact through to closing and afterwards. We really appreciated her insights and experience in evaluating offers and submitting counter-offers through the selling process. We would highly recommend her.

Great experience! Trusted Laura and in doing so got the house I wanted! In fairness, any information about the property she did not know she found out and communicated back to me. I had friends with me when I was looking so this decreased my interaction time with her during showings but again, any questions I had she answered to my total satisfaction.
