<p>Laura Keller, as my Realtor, switched gears easily in our buying process as I changed my mind completely on what kind of house as I was looking for! She quickly sent me new listings, arranged viewings immediately, and then advised me on the pros and cons of both types of houses I was thinking about. Her advice was exactly right, as I am in the perfect house and very happy. Her negotiating with the builder was professional and with her knowledge I was able to navigate the daunting task of buying from a builder. As for the selling of my house, her knowledge of the neighbourhood and again, her great negotiating skills, made for a seamless process and an organized transition from the sale of one house to the purchase of another.<br /> Laura kept me notified at all times of the progress of the sale and purchase, and supported her advice with facts and data. I felt she really knew her stuff!<br /> And, she is lots of fun, which is very helpful to get through all the viewings, signings, and negotiations.</p>
