We are so happy to have hired Laura as our realtor. She was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful each step of the way. She was Great at always communicating and letting us know the status of every client viewing of our home and as well as what is happening with the market. Laura made sure that our home was marketed to attract a lot of buyers for our condo. Bottom line i would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who needs an amazing realtor.

My spouse and I have already recommended Laura to our family and friends who have been interested in moving to the Victoria area. That in itself says everything. Laura was outstanding as our agent and made the viewing of homes easy and the purchasing process straight forward. We viewed 10 homes in two days. Each day we had a booklet with a map, directions and each home listing attached. These are little things but they go a long way. We had a time frame to work within and Laura delivered quicker than we expected in that her response time back to any of our questions was immediate. When we arrived to our new home on move-in day Laura had the house set up and welcomed us. This topped off the service of a great real estate agent. We will continue to recommend Laura to all of our friends and family.

Laura is not just very professional, she is also trustworthy, sensitive, honest, and understanding. She also goes the extra mile just to make things happen and treats you with the utmost respect. Laura is a very good example of what every real estate agent should be.

I cannot say enough good things about Laura Godbeer. Throughout my time working with Laura I could tell that her reputation for selling good homes to good people meant a lot to her as she was extremely honest with me even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. When we were looking to buy a home she responded back to every question we had immediately. She even offered to Facetime walk me through a home when I was out of town after I expressed concern that the property might sell before I returned. She brought us to many properties, always with an amazing attitude and her homework on each property thoroughly completed prior to our arrival. She was patient with us even when my husband and I became frustrated with our options in this extremely competitive market. After much searching, we found our dream home. I don't think we would have beat out the other people who were also looking at it if it weren't for Laura's sage advice on what to do and when. Once we secured our dream home we then had the stress of selling our home to afford said dream home. Laura came over to our house, staged it beautifully, took professional photographs, did her research and then such a good job presenting the home it almost made me want to stay in it. We had multiple offers. Laura was calm cool and collected and negotiated for even more money on the sale of our home making the next house that much more affordable. The experience was painless as I trusted her wholeheartedly to do her job. I am so grateful to Laura and although I will never need her services again because she found us our absolute dream house I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. In fact I have recommended her to very good friends who thanked me profusely as they had the same wonderful experience I did as they moved from Vancouver to Victoria with Laura's help.
