We had no Experience in Selling a home, Larry walked us through our Particular hurdles with recommendations and advice. I would work with Larry again should I have need to sell another home. The house was only on the market for a week when it sold for full asking price. He kept all Parties involved informed (including our contractor) and walked us through step by step. Thank you Larry!

Larry was excellent right from the start. He explained the selling process to us succinctly and clearly. Larry was there for us throughout the selling process. He always responded to our texts and emails promptly and always answered our calls. When we had questions he was professional and patient and explained/answered in terms we could easily understand. It was a real pleasure working with Larry to sell our house. I would recommend him to anyone for his professionalism, knowledge, kindness and patience.
