Larissa, went above and beyond, she was responsive and listened to what I needed. Being a first time buyer she was able to answer all my questions (there was lots), provide me with clear and simple steps, and was putting me first throughout the whole process. I was only available on evenings and weekends for any inspection, viewings etc, and the team was able to workaround my schedule. Larissa, let me take the driving seat when it came to what I wanted but steered us in the direction to close the deal, as seemlessly as possible. She did her market research on comparables and we were able to go and close at 20k under asking. Larissa was so personable and easy to talk to, you can clearly see she cares about you being in the right place for you versus making a sale. I look forward to turning my condo into my home. Larissa was extremely professional in assisting my daughter and I to locate a rental unit. She made the process seamless, information was communicated within reasonable time frames. We are happy with our new rental unit. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is seeking a rental unit.
