Lana Pontello was an extraordinary real estate agent: professional, knowledgable, energetic, and kind. To say she went "above and beyond" is a huge understatement. She did so much to help us with our real estate transaction, drawing on her abundant professional experience as she did so. We found her honest and easy to speak with, and she helped us navigate many obstacles and challenges during this process, including getting our place ready for showings. She was very thoughtful in her recommended price for the property; she helped us negotiate very well. She was also attentive to details and communicated with us beautifully. I wouldn't work with anyone else in Penticton; she was the perfect agent for us, and we completely recommend her.

Lana was amazing. She always had a smile on her face and made me feel comfortable. Lana was professional and knowledgeable, she gave me good advice and honest feedback. Was able to answer any questions I had. Never pressured me. I didn’t live in the Okanagan so had to make trips to look at a few places at a time. I could have done this virtually but I chose not to. She did a great job negotiating for me. She was a great help at a stressful time and I highly recommend her.

Lana was just, simply put, outstanding! She was professional yet personal, tough when it came to negotiations but gentle, kind, and respectful when dealing with all parties involved, knowledgable and market savvy, and willing to sacrifice making a sale in order to ensure we didn’t step into an unwise purchase when she could see factors we couldn’t. The only thing I regretted about purchasing a home with Lana is that it meant our house hunt was over….but we would absolutely LOVE to buy another home just to be able to work with her again! 😄
