Prior to contacting Lana we were listed with another company, and had absolutely nothing going on for over 210 days. Then our mortgage specialist recommended Lana and everything changed. At our first meeting she gave us a very detailed presentation on what we could expect and how she could help us. She suggested staging to help enhance our listing and organized someone to help us with that. Once our home was listed Lana worked extremely hard to get our house sold. She marketed and advertised our home to many potential buyers. She followed up with those who came for showings and was always aware of who seemed interested. She always offered top notch advice that without a doubt helped to sell our home. Lana got our house sold in less than 30 days and at a price that amazed us given the tough market. To this day it’s still mind blowing to me that she achieved this. By following up with interested potential buyers she was able to get our home sold so quickly. My husband and l are beyond impressed. When it came to purchasing our new home, Lana was amazing at negotiating a fair price and getting us into our dream home. She also used her expertise to give us advice during our showings to make sure we were getting a good deal. Now that all is said and done, l can absolutely say without a doubt, l would recommend Lana to to anyone. You will be in the best hands and you will have someone who is professional and knowledgeable and an absolute expert in her field. From the initial meeting, Lana and Jamie impressed me with their quality presentation on their business model, including key visuals and statistics. While it was some months from our initial meeting to actually being able to list the condo, Lana remained in close contact to update me on changes in the Calgary housing market. Lana had a challenging task working long distance with me to ensure all the little tasks were handled and she went above and beyond what I would have expected of a realtor. She really managed everything I couldn’t do from a distance. Lana is the quintessential professional; extremely knowledgeable about her markets and always gave great advice, even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. As promised on the first day I met with Lana and Jamie, the condo sold...and fast. It sold for full asking price, even before it hit MLS. Lana delivered as promised and has continued to support me in finalizing outstanding details even after the closing date. That is superior service!
