He explains the paper works well, knows the market and even recommended other professionals (from home inspectors, blinds, lawyers, etc.) that he trust and I'm glad I followed his adviced. As a new mom that are most often available at night, he accomodated with my availability. I appreciate the numerous times I have to show my family our house even if it's already sold.
