Mr. Kulbir went above and beyond when helping me find a new home. It took a couple years but it finally happened and at no point his determination in helping me find a home diminished . We looked at many places, some that were far and took hours of commute, but he was always ready to go and see them with me. He has a lot of knowledge in all sectors of real estate, weather you are looking at condo, townhome and a detached house. He is exceptionally good at establishing rapport with other agents and bring them to the table for negotiation. You want someone like Kulbir in your corner weather you are looking to buy or sell a property. I definitely will be going back to him for my future real-estate needs.
