Kristyn was exceptionally great and patient in explaining the step by step process of acquiring a mortgage for a house. We surely did have our ups and down but she never gave up on ways to reach our goal. She was all the way with me... and in a span of nearly 3 months i was able to move into my house. She's also resourceful and has a good knowledge about the pricing, and was able to negotiate a good and reasonable price for me. Kristyn was so amazing! She was so accommodating, we would spring places on her and she always helped us and was happy to do so! She managed numerous deals with us before we were able to find the perfect place. She was always calm and compassionate and could clearly convey all the changing information to us in a quick manner! She made sure to let us know all of our options and that helped us to make some very large decisions! I would always use Kristyn for any real estate transaction going forward.
