Kristyn was the agent for my first house that purchased last February . She has a profound knowledge of Real Estate in Edmonton and Surrounding Areas. I found her extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, She really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first showing even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Kristyn was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker and the lawyer during the closing process. We secured a very good deal and our first house with her in less than 2 month.
