Kristen is a fantastic agent. My wife and I certainly put her to work when looking for our new home. We knew what we wanted/liked from a design and layout choice as this was our 3rd time purchasing a home, but Kristen was a huge help in identifying the ideal house, price and locations all around Edmonton and surrounding areas that matched our preferences. Negotiations went smoothly and I feel like we truly found a hidden gem that was perfect for our family. We could not possibly be happier with our purchase and it is remarkable how painless Kristen made the process feel. We were only looking for about 2 weeks (many, many viewings in a short time) before finally making an offer and within a few days it was signed. Highly recommend Kristen if you are looking to maximize your dollars toward a new home. 10/10.
