Kris Buzmion was our agent for the purchase of our home. She is very experienced in her field and had answers to all of our questions, and if she didn't know the answer she used her resources and found out the answer and got back to us usually within the hour or same day, which made our buying experience go smoothly. Her expertise in the little details of the paperwork was amazing. She checked and double checked everything to make sure that the transaction went exactly as it should. She was very patient and answered all my questions regarding the signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale when I wasn't quite sure what something meant. Communication, which, in my opinion, is the most important aspect of the buying and selling experience, really was 5 star with Kris. Her response time was amazing and she even added more details than I had asked for, which made me feel very confident in her skills and abilities and helped me make my decision on purchasing. Kris also goes above and beyond for her clients. She didn't hesitate to drive 3 hours for a showing! Now, that's dedication. She is always cheerful and smiling. The words I would use to describe Kris and our experience with her are: kind, compassionate, detail oriented, knowledgeable, business minded, capable, dedicated and amazing communication skills. My partner and I recently worked with Kris to find a new apartment for our move from the states to Toronto.
