Clere group has an amazing team of hard workers. We ran into a few problems when buying our first home and they went out of their way to help us navigate the whole process. We could not be more grateful for their support. Even a few weeks after our purchase was finished they continued to check in on us, helping us find all of the services we needed for the move. Kip and Riley themselves came to help us stack our dryer on top of our washing machine! First off, Kudos to the very amazing Kip and his team , it’s been over a month since he helped my daughter, Trishna Goresia , identify and walk her through what would probably have felt quite bewildering to a first time buyer, that too, a young lady who had no immediate family in Kamloops to guide her. I, Nitin Goresia, Trishna’s father am halfway across the globe but all through the process till finally getting the property transferred, Kip was always at hand to answer the multitude of queries and clarifications that I ask my daughter. Within a short period of time he had the inspection done by an equally competent registered inspector of buildings who meticulously went through the minutest details and provided a comprehensive report based on which Kip helped in negotiation a fair price. Finally, Abby deserves as much credit for ensuring the timelines were adhered to and all documentations were in order. They even recommended an excellent legal team who interacted with the Clere realty team to ensure smooth transition of ownership. Once again, thank you Kip and your wonderful team for our peace of mind while you ensures Trishna became the proud owner of her First home, she (and her family her in Kenya) have no doubts that you will be our go to realtor in all our future property requirements and you will be highly recommended to anyone who will be asking our opinion.
