We had the most amazing experience working with Kip and his team at Brookstern. We started browsing for our first home mid to late last year. Kip helped up look at what was on the market and get a feel for what we were wanting. He was always super quick to respond and get us into viewing places. We eventually found our new home and Kip made the process super smooth and eased a lot of our new home owner stressors. We had some road blocks with our home but Kip was always able to get us information we needed and helped us solve some issues we were facing. He had amazing recommendations for subject removal requirements (home inspection, cleaners, etc.). I have nothing but great things to say about Kip and Brookstern as a whole🤗

Kip and his team were fantastic guiding us through the process of getting a place at Sun Peaks. Kip was super patient in the drawn out process from when we first started looking until we ending up buying a place. His experience in the negotiating process (what subjects to include) were particularly valuable. I would highly recommend Kip and his team to any prospective buyers or sellers.
