We received a recommendation from a fellow Realtor that Kim was exceptional. She was very patient while we tried to find a condo that was in a good location for our kids while they attended university. Six years later after they finished university there were no questions that Kim was the Realtor we would use for the sale of the condo. In four days we had an offer on the condo and then sold it. We had the unique opportunity to have Kim for the purchase and sale of the same condo and never once regretted this decision. Kim is very outgoing and an all around good person. We highly recommend her for the purchase or sale of any property.

Kim was fantastic throughout the whole home selling process. She was thorough and communicated well through texts, emails and phone calls. She gave me great selling tips and set me up with an excellent painting contractor. Her marketing was very effective and used all media platforms, including making a very professional video. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property, and my home was sold in a timely manner for a great price.
