Because of her excellent experience we had with selling our home is the reason we went back to her . Without a doubt I would highly recommend kim to all my friends. What I liked about kim was she uses a professional photographer and videographer to capture the true essence of your house. She has a large social media following and works hard to get people in the door. My house went back On the market and sold within 6 days and had multiple showings. One other thing I liked is she is very calm and she listens, she also caught two big mistakes on my listing from previous. That attention to detail really impressed me.
