I had the pleasure of working with Kim Fox from RE/MAX & the experience exceeded expectations. Kim was professional, provided us with excellent market knowledge & seemed genuinely dedicated to finding us our new home.

Kim was fabulous to work with on the sale of my property in Lawrencetown. She came recommended by my real estate agent here in Ontario and was very positive, professional and incredibly helpful in getting this sale to closing. When a complication arose about the property, pertaining to the possibility of a wetland designation, Kim made all the necessary calls and connected me to the company I hired to conduct a survey. Kim is really patient, kind and efficient. I would not to hesitate to recommend Kim to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

A biased opinion is sometimes needed when it will help others. We looked at many homes and at times felt dejected when things didn’t go our way. However, after finding OUR HOME, we realized it was because we had a diligent and amazing realtor who was always available, always patient and always looking for our best interest. That realtor is Kim Fox and we are so grateful for her guidance. She’s really that good.
