We sold a 12 unit apartment complex and working with Kimberly was great, she was very professional in dealing with prospective buyers and made sure everything went as per plan, She made sure that we did not waste any or effort on tire kickers which minimized the viewings and inconvenience to our tenants. Kimberlys communication between prospective buyers and ourselves was also great. Overall the experience was much better than expected.

Kimberly is very knowledgeable and helped me find my dream home.
