The reason why I handed my home to Khadija was that she filmed a video on a snowy day. During the process of selling my home, she was willing to offer help and advice. She has excellent negotiation skills. If she had been more aggressive, I would have given her five star for the overall experience

Working with Khadija was an amazing experience. She is professional, honest, and always on top of everything. She would usually respond within five minutes, was always punctual, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. What stood out most was how solution oriented she is. No matter how difficult something seemed, she always found a way to handle it. She was patient, understood exactly what I wanted, and helped me find a great home in a great neighbourhood. Being perfectly bilingual was also a huge plus. I would highly recommend Khadija.

At each showing and walk-through she was knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on what we were looking for. She knew we were clueless and really went out of her way to make it easier for us. In addition to everything she did for us, she also helped by putting us in contact with an amazing broker to help us with the financial aspect, and a home inspector who went above and beyond. Throughout the whole process Khadija was great to work with and we'd highly recommend her to anyone!
