We had the pleasure to work with Kent Clark from (Blackmore Real Estate) who was very helpful in guiding us through the process of buying and selling our homes. He provided us with a timeline for events that may unfold, information on what adds value to a house and what typically does not, and areas that we can improve upon when it comes to making houses attractive to buyers. He was always prompt to answer any questions we might have. Communication was always top notch. Things went very smoothly despite tight deadlines.
