She helped me buy and sell my house, and was fantastic to work with both times. She was good at matching my requirements and finding me a house within my price range. Selling my house, she did a great job marketing it and getting it sold quickly, over asking, in a slower market. She also went above and beyond helping me deal with my roof, which hadn't gotten done prior to the closing date.
