Kelsey is very personable, professional as well as knowledgeable. Any questions we had, she was very quick to answer and if she did not know, she would get back to us with an answer very promptly. When we went thru the inspection process, there were a few things we wanted addressed and Kelsey did a great job negotiating with the sellers to ensure our requests were met. We enjoyed working with Kelsey. Kelsey has great local knowledge. We were all over the map on what we wanted and Kelsey showed great patience as we looked at houses, acreage, farms. We appreciate the time that she spent with us and you know that you have connected with someone when they look at you and say "yup this is the one" (we bought the property without my wife seeing it, and it all worked out).
