Kelsey kept in constant contact by email and text and kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was willing to coordinate with a family member to view the homes on our behalf. She helped us make sure everything was done as efficiently as possible to get us a home before we arrived and enabled us to do as much remotely as possible. We will definitely be using Kelsey again when it's time for our next home.
