We were referred to Kelly from a someone who had used her services before, and are we ever glad we did. From the outset Kelly was very engaging. Her pragmatic approach gave us the confidence to venture into the housing market on Vancouver Island, which was important to us because we were from the mainland. Kelly gave us her undivided attention when we had questions or sought clarification on market trends in her area. She steered us quickly away from potential problem properties because of her experience and knowledge of the area. From the days of pre-view listings, several viewings on the day and to final offer acceptance on a home Kelly she was in our corner. On the day of the offer Kelly worked diligently with the other Agent to get us to a final acceptance we were comfortable with. Even after the home inspection she again engaged with the other Agent to address concerns which arose. She did all this while travelling on business and was at the other end of the Country. We are very impressed with her work ethic and commitment to us as home buyers. I would enthusiastically recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Kelly was recommended to us and we understand why. Her professionalism, insight, knowledge and talents helped make our home purchase a positive experience. We had limited time to find our home on the island, moving from the coast. She was prepared with a list of appointments that came close to meeting our 'wish list'. She also made sure we were linked with another agent to view possibilities outside her area that she felt may meet our needs. Kelly not only knew exactly what we wanted she also knew exactly what would not work for us. Kelly is so easy to work with it’s like working with one of your friends. This is the second house we’ve purchased through Kelly and we highly recommend her.You can trust Kelly to tell you exactly what will work and what will not work when presenting an offer. With a fast moving market, and the fact we lived a few hours away (and of course a pandemic to deal with) we really leaned on Kelly to help us narrow down what we were looking for and help us put together a deal that secure a purchase.
