After receiving not a single offer in over a year and a half while listed with another agent, I contacted Kelly via a referral. Her first response to me included an Ai virtual staging suggestion of my house. It was impressive! After we met in person, she offered more information to address actual staging, corrective pricing strategy and timing. Tragically, almost immediately after signing with her, Kelly had to handle a number of family tragedies. Amazingly, somehow she still handled everything with my listing professionally and timely without delay, without error. My communications were always timely responded to and Kelly kept me well informed as to each step she was taking. We received multiple offers within hours of listing that ended up exceeding our listing price! This had been a part of her original strategy.
