I was told by both the agents and the lawyers that I had the hardest sale ever. Turns out my existing house and garage are on separate pins. That said, on title, I owned my house, and the two times previous owner owned the garage. It was never registered in my name. I don't think I have sworn out loud as much in the past 2 weeks as I have in my lifetime, The thought of losing the sale of my existing house, and the purchase of a new house for an issue outside anyone's control was real. Thank you Re-max (and Title Insurance) for being supportive, understanding, and a great go between in order to keep me sane and ensure the sale and purchase was on track. Picked up my keys today!!!
