I was told by both the agents and the lawyers that I had the hardest sale ever. Turns out my existing house and garage are on separate pins. That said, on title, I owned my house, and the two times previous owner owned the garage. It was never registered in my name. I don't think I have sworn out loud as much in the past 2 weeks as I have in my lifetime, The thought of losing the sale of my existing house, and the purchase of a new house for an issue outside anyone's control was real. Thank you Re-max (and Title Insurance) for being supportive, understanding, and a great go between in order to keep me sane and ensure the sale and purchase was on track. Picked up my keys today!!! Keith was professional and to the point. Ryan, his partner was patient during the house search and put up with my indecisiveness. This is a team I highly recommend. Keep up the good work!!

Keith offers you honesty and year of experiences in Ottawa real state market. he has a very good knowledge about neighborhoods and share it with you even if it end up with cancelling the deal. this is the most important thing you expect from your realtor. I saw many realtors that are cheap and just to earn their money faster, they encourage you to buy something that is problematic. but with Keith, you know that you are not missing anything that might affect your decision and it is late to realize after closing the deal. I highly recommend Keith and his team as I have very good experience with them in my last 3 house purchase.
